                                                                                              化學氣相蒸鍍是使用一種或多種氣體,在一加熱的固體基材上發生化學反應,并鍍上一層固態薄膜。

                                                                                              化學氣相蒸鍍缺點:

                                                                                              1、熱力學及化學反應機制不易了解或不甚了解

                                                                                              2、需要在高溫下進行,有些基材不能承受,甚至和鍍膜產生作用

                                                                                              3、反應氣體可能具腐蝕性、毒性或爆炸性,處理時需小心

                                                                                              4、反應生成物可能殘余在鍍膜上,成為雜質

                                                                                              5、基材的遮蔽很難

                                                                                              化學氣相蒸鍍優點:

                                                                                              1、真空度要求不高,甚至可以不需要真空,例如熱噴覆

                                                                                              2、沉積速率快,大氣CVD可以達到1μm/min

                                                                                              3、與PVD比較的話?;瘜W量論組成或合金的鍍膜較容易達成

                                                                                              4、鍍膜的成份多樣化,如金屬、非金屬、半導體、光電材料、鉆石薄膜

                                                                                              5、可以在復雜形狀的基材鍍膜,甚至滲入多孔的陶瓷

                                                                                              6、厚度的均勻性良好,低壓CVD甚至可以同時鍍數十芯片
